Dublin Airport unveiled details of its flight schedule for the 2024/25 winter season, stating China is set to remain a popular choice this season, with Hainan Airlines twice weekly service to Beijing Capital International operating year-round.

The service is operated by two class 297 seat Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

The Chinese government announced it will grant visa-free treatment to Irish citizens holding ordinary passports traveling to China for business, tourism, family visit or transit purposes with the duration not exceeding 15 days, are eligible for visa-free entry, until 31 December 2025.
